Installation of three Caterpillar 4 MW diesel engine generators to provide black start power to the existing two-on-one Combined Cycle Power Plant. The black start facility provides starting capability to the plant when backfeed power from the transmission system is not available. EEI was a member of the CONTI EPC team.
